HCSC and its teaming partners perform a large range of engineering, technical and programmatic functions under existing Government contracts. HCSC’s team currently serves:

• SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston (Code 85, Code 83, and Code 09) with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) design, engineering and technical services, installation of new and upgraded communications and other equipment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training customer’s personnel on the equipment installed.
• NAVSHIPSO with Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) engineering and technical services in support of current and future navy shipbuilding, ship modernization, overhaul, alteration, maintenance and repair programs.
• The U.S. Army with Emergency Action Operations Center support and large IT network operations and maintenance.
• The U.S. Air Force Space Command with precision equipment calibration, audiovisual information services, and logistics services.
• Naval Sea Systems Command (PMS415J2); Washington Navy Yard.

In total, HCSC offers a proven record of accomplishment in all related aspects of the Seaport-e program.
