Hamilton Consulting Solutions Corporation (HCSC) Awarded $83 Million Prime Contract to Support Navy Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COTF).
Chesapeake, VA – October 16, 2017 – Hamilton Consulting Solutions Corporation (HCSC) has won a $83.1m indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity omnibus contract award to support the Commander Naval Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR). Under the COMOPTEVFOR contract vehicle, HCSC will conduct independent research and provide technical and analytical support for acquisition and fleet introduction decisions of naval aviation, surface, subsurface, and space systems relied on by the fleet.
