Peoplesoft Project for the Port of Virginia
HCSC has brought its Test and Training experience and expertise to support an Implementation of Peoplesoft 9.2 system upgrade for the Port of Virginia’s Financial Systems.
HCSC worked closely with the government SMEs to capture current processes and procedures and tied them to Peoplesoft functionalities.
As the Test lead our team created the Strategic Test Plan outlining the Unit, System Integration, User and Performance Tests. Additionally, we were instrumental in creating the Test Cases, Use Case Scenarios, and Scripts.
As the Training lead our team created all Training Material for Class based, Audio, and Web-Based training for all modules and taught all 12 modules to ready the government employees for the Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
