Hamilton Consulting Solutions Corporation (HCSC) Awarded $83 Million Contract to Support Navy Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force
Chesapeake, VA – October 16, 2017 – Hamilton Consulting Solutions Corporation (HCSC) has won a $83.1m indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity omnibus contract award to support the Commander Naval Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR). Under the COMOPTEVFOR contract vehicle, HCSC will conduct independent research and provide technical and analytical support for acquisition and fleet introduction decisions of naval aviation, surface, subsurface, and space systems relied on by the fleet.
HCSC will compete for task orders to provide critical operational test and evaluation analytical support to COMOPTEVFOR. The work will range from performing acquisition system documentation reviews to developing integrated evaluation frameworks, test plans and reports across the full range of Navy programs.

HCSC was one of six contractors named in the contract which runs until November 2021. HCSC is a Federal Contracting firm, headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia, and has supported COMOPTEVFOR for the past four years as well as multiple NAVY, MARINE CORPS and SPAWAR contracts since inception in 2008.
